Injury Update: Noel Grigsby

Noel Grigsby, who has been out of action since early September, has a torn meniscus in his left knee, according to San Jose Mercury News reporter Jimmy Durkin. The report does note though that Grigsby may be able to return if the Spartans reach a bowl game. The official word previously from the school was that Grigsby was out “indefinitely” and various media outlets speculated that this could mean the entire season. If Grigsby does not return for a bowl game, his career as a player at San Jose State will likely be over due to him being a fifth year senior.
